Grilled Pork Rice

Under the clock at The First Market, there's a blue food truck with one of the most delicious things I've had in Lukang. The thin slices of pork seasoned by a sweet soy marinade are grilled, cut into strips, and then laid on a bed of white rice. I don't know what's better: the tender, flavorful pork or the cucumbers soaked in a sweet brine. You absolutely must try it. And for only $NT 50??
