Coffeehouse speakeasy. It’s not actually a speakeasy, but it is hard to find the door that opens to exposed brick walls, a spiral staircase, cascading greenery and the vintage decor of Fang Kofi. The Psychedelic Forest is truly wild. It’s the smoothest gin and tonic— with lemon juice, honey, rosemary, and espresso. Yes, espresso. Behind the strength of tonic, the flavors were so light and well blended together. There was no sharp flavor of gin, no overpowering of lemon, the spring of rosemary was light, the honey subtle and espresso coy.
